Internal Audit
Internal Audit of laboratory quality management system provides feedback
whether the management system conforms to the laboratories own requirements
for its management system, including the laboratory activities and the
requirements of IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017document is effectively implemented and
maintained.
Measurement Uncertainty
Training on Measurement Uncertainty teaches the statistical techniques to
estimate measurement uncertainty in field of testing and calibration.
LABORATORY RECOGNITION SCHEME OF BIS
Training on Laboratory recognition scheme (LRS) of BIS covers criteria, Terms and
conditions of grant of recognition to a Laboratory, suspension or withdrawal of
recognition, appeals, complaint, handling mechanism, administrative instructions
for testing and issuing test reports and charges relating to recognition of outside
labs.
PRODUCT TESTING
PSCA faculty can guide/train laboratory testing personnel of a test laboratory for
testing products against specified Indian Standards in the field of Electrical /
Mechanical / Chemical engineering.
