PSCA guides aspiring labs to implement a robust Quality Management System for
obtaining NABL accreditation which is a third-party accreditation. This is formal
recognition by NABL to a specific laboratory and a person (Signatory) that they
are competent to carry out specific tasks (scope).
BIS Accreditation
PSCA faculty can guide aspiring labs to obtain BIS recognition under Lab
recognition scheme of BIS for testing of product(s) against specified Indian
standards (s). PSCA also helps existing BIS approved labs in getting extension of
existing scope or updating of scope in case of revision of existing Indian Standard,
if any.
